Welcome to the Annual Conference Online Help Desk. Here you can download our Events app user guide, talk to a member of the Pensions UK Team in the chat box or access Swapcard support.

Looking for the ‘My Event’ button? The My Event page is now seamlessly integrated into your profile page so everything you need is in one place. From your profile page you can now:

• View your schedule, including sessions you’ve registered for and meetings
• Update your profile and preferences
• Access your saved contacts
• Browse bookmarks for exhibitors and sponsors, saved resources, and videos

Events Code of Conduct

We take a zero-tolerance approach to inappropriate or unethical behaviour towards anyone during this event including any form of harassment, bullying, discrimination etc. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated.
