Unipass Letter of Authority

Our award-winning service, Unipass Letter of Authority (ULoA) is a flexible, efficient, digital service, which gives providers and platforms one centralised hub to receive, review and receipt letters of authority. With ULoA, providers can significantly reduce people costs and cut down on the arduous admin task of LoA processing, to focus on other important priorities.

Origo Asset Migration

Origo Asset Migration (OAM) transforms bulk asset transfers from a slow, error-prone spreadsheet task into a fast, seamless digital process. Scalable and secure, our service supports data readiness and integrates effortlessly with existing Origo services. What’s even better is that your migration process remains streamlined and efficient at every step.

Our new service will shortly be entering a live Beta phase. During this initial Beta phase, OAM will execute live bulk migrations of client assets from Platforms. Concurrently, we plan to work together with Advice Firms to gather feedback and help steer the ongoing development of the service.

Unipass Transfer Tracking

Available to all Unipass registered users, our Beta service, Unipass Transfer Tracking, allows advisers to conduct a real-time search on the status of pension cash and annuities transfers being processed through the Origo Transfer Service. Advisers will be able to track and view the status of clients' transfers in real-time, at any time. Reducing chaser calls, improving efficiency for the adviser, and enhancing the customer experience for clients.

Origo Transfer Service

Thanks to our Transfer Service, pension and investment transfers now glide through quickly and smoothly – completely transforming the customer experience. Processes that used to involve weeks of clunky manual admin and forms sent through the post can now take place electronically.

Origo Transfer Service has reduced transfer times by 80%, with many in less than one hour.
